A Dentist and The Patient
There's a beautiful girl.she is a dentist.then,a patient come.a man,who wants cared his teeth by her.
When she check him,she tell"wow, this should be get to".
then she tell again "in order that unpainful,i have to inject you, Sir!".
And then, she takes an injection and the anaesthetic at cupboard.
When she comeback to her patient, that patient is already to inject.
He opens his pants and thrusts his bottom......
